「The room was dirty, and smelled like mildew when we arrived. The shower had mold and the metal soap holder (the only place to put anything other the floor which was so sloped you couldn’t stay up any bottles) was broken and just fell right off.. this was a very old and run down looking room. Also the headboard in the bedroom was directly behind the elevators and it was incredibly loud. This room was also a room that could be attached to another room and we could hear every conversation/ argument...

「Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...

「Pools were nice and open until 10. Jacuzzi had vegetation possibly from the wind but still off putting. Would have been nice to have staff to clean with a net a few more times day/night. Temperature of jacuzzi was great. Beach was beautiful but only swam in this beach once. The real better beach is Dorado Beach (amazing beach) about 12 min walk from hotel. Loved breakfast! Great location. Would stay here again! 」

「Staff was very friendly. Happy hour was nice when no events interrupted it. Pool and gym are clean and lovey. Pool bar staff was awesome. Wish my room was cleaned a bit better as bar glasses were not removed. Also had a strange snafu with my bill. 」

「The place wasn’t clean. Mold and Mildew. The apartment above us you could hear them clearly and their lights lite up the whole place. 」

「Ideally for 21 to 30 year olds. 」

「This is NOT a LGBT property with more straight guests than gay. We were also told there was an issue that would prevent our room from being serviced for 3 days AND we were expected to take care of our own garbage yet we witnessed a number of rooms being cleaned....so not sure how that worked. The only positive experience was Vanessa - the amazing employee on Reception who checked us in. Find another option.」
