「This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.」

「Great stay at a great location and neighborhood was amazing as well.」

「Morley St in Simi was great! Marvin is a fantastic host….communication was outstanding. Location is super handy. Good off-street parking. The best mattresses. And a very comfortable clean sectional in spacious non cluttered living room. New appliances in a bright cheerful kitchen. Great for families, especially kids. Beautiful things growing all around. Mornings are delightful. So much to enjoy! Thanks Marvin!」

The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay.」

Getting to the property includes an unfinished dirt road with massive pot holes, thankfully we have a vehicle equipped for that but if you’re driving a...

「The house definitely has a great view and convenience location. The host was very welcoming and communicative so that's a plus. I did feel that the house could have been cleaner and a bit more updated for the price. Also, the back deck did not feel safe so I didn't let my kids go outside too much. 」
