「Very enjoyable stay at this property. The house is lovely! Great space in the garden for the kids to play. We set up a badminton net and they used in daily. Good woods at the back of the property to walk and explore too! Perfect if you're wanting to head into Newcastle city centre and many of the local beaches. 「Property was very clean and had all the facilities required for a pleasant stay. Booking of property was confusing due to both parties offering damage waivers - started the stay off on wrong foot as paid both. Although, the property itself helped dilute this additional payment.」

「Beautiful cottage with fantasia views. My mum would have been happier if there was a handrail on the stairs. And just be aware limited parking, the neighbours DONT like it if you park outside their house. There are spaces on the slipway so ok if you are able bodied. We loved it and want to stay again x」

「Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion.」
