「The photos didn't prepare us for how beautiful the property actually is. Phil and Jeannie were so hospitable and helpful; we lacked for nothing. Wish our trip was longer just so we could spend more time enjoying this gem. 」

「I wanted to take a bath so I got a couple of the Clorox wipes to wipe down the bath tub. The first swipe I did came up with debris and hair. It grossed me out, so I decided to take a shower. The water lapped at my ankles because there was so much hair clogging the drain!! Then I dropped something behind the nightstand and found tons of dust there. Looked clean, but was only clean in the middle. 」

「Very clean, well stocked with anything you may need and comfy - would definitely stay again! Was close to everything in Eureka and a short drive down to the Avenue of the Saints. Cute fenced in front and back yard. Nice windows to open and let in the breeze.」

This one is defenitely in top two and given the rental rate defenitely #1 for value. I usually stay right across the street from the beach but found that I like this houses location better.
