「Excellent location for visiting St Louis University. Checking in late at night was annoying, because there was no one in person and I had to fill out forms over the Internet on my phone. Free parking is nice but it was a longer walk than I expected (12 minutes)」

「Great location that had everything within walking distance. The host gave very clear instructions to get into the building, so that was helpful. Ceiling fans had dust on them and need to clean under the bed but otherwise it was very clean. Recommend Blondie’s for coffee and breakfast.」

「The riverside guest house was a perfect find for our two day getaway. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location. 」

「Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was great. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in. Only criticism is the heavy walking of the upstairs occupant(s). Nothing the host can do about that, but if you are particularly sensitive to that kind of noise the property may not be a good choice.」

「For the price it was great! The neighborhood was awesome to get to know. It was safe and clean. You will have neighbors above and beside you which can be noisy. This shotgun style duplex didn’t have much open congregating space for all 6 of us, but plenty of bedroom space, all queen size beds.」

「Very quick neighborhood…. That was the seller for me… the place is near a church and the bell rings every hour… I just love any musical sounds so I personally loved the bell sound… very cute place with everything you need… for pets and children… it was a very lovely stay… if I had to give one criticism to have the place deeper cleaned every once and awhile get the place deep cleaned… people with sensitive noses can smell the dog dander… but everthing was exactly as it was shown… oh and I got to...

「We stayed three nights at this location and were grateful to have a "home base" to work out of as we toured St. Louis. We were close to everything we wanted to experience and had easy access to the highways. The house is older, so it has older home qualities, but it is well cared for, modernly decorated, and has most of the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was minimal, but she responded to each inquiry. I highly recommend this house for your St. Louis vacation. 」
