「Our balcony overlooked the pool and Fagers. Island, excellent location. The room was spacious and the hotel staff were very nice. Our only complaint is there was no hot water in our room. Someone came up and told us to turn the faucet to the right and let it run 15 minutes, we let it run one hour we still never got hot water. . I know the building was under renovation so maybe there was an issue there that will be corrected.」

「Room was very small. No hot water in bathroom. Had to find linen closet for clean towels and sheets. Had to change our own linens. Staff was not helpful at all.」
