"Lovely historic hotel. So much to read and learn about the history or Marietta! Really enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and well lit. The head housekeeper immediately filled the coffee maker which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was sub par. I don't understand why the young lady at the front desk could not fill the coffee maker. I watched the head housekeeper and there was nothing to it. The girl said she would take care of it and did nothing. She was not busy except for being on her phone!"

The property is perfectly located, all the shops and restaurants in downtown Marietta are within walking distance. The property is clean and well-appointed, and Maxx was a great host.
