「場所は中心地からも近くとても良かったです。チェックインの際にVIP特典としてボトルワイン1本プレゼントの話をしたのですが、私たちは知らないと言って何も応じてくれませんでした。私はその特典を期待して予約したので、何度もウェブサイトの画面を見せて、ようやくしぶしぶと部屋のミニバーにあるワインを飲んでいいと言うことになりました。部屋に入ってそのワインを見たところ180ミリリットルのほんとに小さな小さなワインでした。サービスの話なので欲は言えませんが、VIP特典にボトルワイン1本と書くのはちょっとどうかと思いますそれ以外は部屋は快適でとても過ごしやすかったです。」

「The staff on the front desk are very helpful and welcoming asked questions about the city they were happy to help. The hotel is extremely clean, lovely well kept rooms. Had a issue with the pillow brought me a different one within 10 minutes. Hotel bar os excellent with a great sitting area out the back , food is fab also at the hotel bar. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay definitely recommend to anyone..」

「Staff were wonderful. The facility is sparking clean and what I would call “Balkan glitz”. The parking was easy, the room was medium size (perfect) and totally comfortable, beds weee good. The restaurant is the 2nd star of the show (staff first): amazing dinner and great service. The breakfast was unreal, we are still talking about it a week later. Great option for people driving, seemed far from “town”. 」
