The house was built in the 80s, currently preserving all its Mediterranean essence. Its dependencies are distributed over three floors, with a surface area of 110 m2.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious living / dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
The dining room has a table for family meals and provides the connection to the living area. In the living room there is a sofa, armchairs and a fireplace. In addition to a TV with Astra satellite connection. The living area opens onto a 35 m2 terrace, furnished (table, chairs, sun loungers), with spectacular views of the bay and with direct access to the sea. Outdoor shower and solarium area.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50mx 2.00m), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The second single bedroom (0.90mx 2.00m) with a desk area and on this floor a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, a spacious bedroom with two single beds with a living room equipped with a sofa and television that opens onto an incredible terrace furnished with armchairs to enjoy the Portocolom sunsets.
All rooms have large closets, direct light and all windows have double glazing and blinds to protect from light.
There are two hot / air conditioning units, one in the living room and the other upstairs. WiFi connection.

Our house is prepared for any season of the year, and in the months of November, December, January, February and March, special prices for long stays.
Our house is located in residential area, quiet and peaceful, next to the lighthouse, near the sea and just one minute from the beach.
Cafés, chemist, supermarkets, shops and restaurants fromn 700 meter away, in old area of Portocolom.
A golf course is 6km , Club Vall d'Or Golf.

On the other hand, there´s "Cala Marsal",. Distance 3,5 km.
There´re other Calas (distance 4-5km) that can be reached on foot, by hiking, very nice.
