"NO HEATING, NO STAFF, TOILET RUNNING ALL NIGHT SO COULDN’T SLEEP PROPERLY WITH THE NOISE. ONLY TWO PLUG SOCKETS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOM. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS. ONLY ONE TOILET ROLL & WASN'T REPLACED FOR TWO DAYS. HAD TO RING RECEPTION TO GET MY OWN TOILET ROLL. HAD COBWEBS ON THE CEILING AND A BEETLE ON THE PILLOW. ONLY GOOD THING IS THE LOCATION. "

"Clean property and very close to Anfield stadium. Excellent clear communication from owner prior to trip. Unfortunately the sofa bed was dreadfully uncomfortable with hard parts of the underneath sticking through causing a poor nights sleep. Even though there were only 3 of us I should have asked if we could have had the extra sofa bed made up so 2 males didn’t need to sleep in double together - I should have realised."

"Booked the Accommodation a few weeks ago in Liverpool, rang them a week or so ago, eventually got someone, I asked how do we access the property, we will contact you around 24 hours before you arrive, nothing, then 2 hours before going to the property, a text message we have overbooked you now have to go to a property in Wallasey which is miles away over the Mersey. We have seen recent reviews of the Liverpool property it sounded scary, we weren't going to travel miles and extra trabel cost to what could have been a dump. It was also inconvenient to why we were in Liverpool, and would have added hours to our journey. Beware "
