Repeat Visitors

We stayed here last year for the new river, gorge trail challenge and enjoyed it so much that we stayed here again this year. The place was very comfortable and clean and the hot tub much appreciated after the race.

Good house for our national park adventure

This is a nice little house for adventure in this area. It has a few quirks but is super clean and wonderfully located.

Lovely home in New River Gorge area

We had a great time rafting and visiting New River Gorge National Park while staying here. The house makes great use of space and everyone slept comfortably. We wished we could stay longer! Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

Perfect place to see New River Gorge

The house is clean and cute. Close to the local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Very friendly and helpful host. I left something behind and she got it in the mail to me quickly. We would stay there again!

Good for weekend stay

Clean and close to local activities. No mirrors in the bedrooms-hard to get ready with just 2 bathrooms and no additional mirrors.

Our Wedding Weekend

The house was clean and comfy and right around the corner from the wedding venue (Gaines Estate), so super convenient. It was also convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the New River Gorge. Check in was easy, too. We had a great stay!

Weekend getaway

The house was cute, very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect. It was a quick drive into town and close to hiking trails. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. The property manager was in contact before my trip to provide all the check in details. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the area.

Perfect for a nights stay

We stayed the night before our rafting trip. Had space to eat, play games and enjoy each other’s company. The hot tub was nice too! And the owners were very prompt getting back to me with any questions I had.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

The house was very nice, clean, and I liked that it has a full kitchen and a nice yard for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and a very quick drive to restaurants and hiking trails.

It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and conveniently located near New River Gorge National Park & local amenities. Communication with with property manager was good. It could use a little more & nicer cookware, but overall great place to stay.

Thanksgiving

Plenty of room- we had 4 adults and a dog for a 4 night stay. The house is bigger than it looks from the outside. Close to town and hiking adventures. The house was spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and would stay here again.

Lived up to high expectations!

The house was very clean and updated. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Stargazing while in the hot tub at night was amazing!!! If we’re ever in the area again, would absolutely rebook. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone.

Annual WV trip!

I waited too late and could not book the cabin we normally rent. This place was perfect! We come to WV every year to whitewater raft, go out on Summersville Lake and hike. This was the perfect location. Downtown Fayetteville is such a cute town. It was clean and had everything we needed! Close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Perfect for the weekend

Highly recommended. We booked this house for the new River Gorge trail race because it was close to the starting line. The house was spacious, up-to-date, clean, and had all the amenities. We are looking to rent again for another girls weekend.

Perfect Location

The property had three nice sized rooms. The master was separated from the other two and had its own ‘wing’ in the bad of the house. The kitchen had coffee pot, utensils, dinnerware, and was stocked with paper towels and coffee pods. W+D was nice. Never ran out of hot water. Hot tub was super nice.

Great location near New River Gorge Bridge

Excellent stay and location. The house is as described in the listing. Communication with property management was fantaastic. I have not heard of Bridge Day previously and I cannot comment enough on how much I appreciated the the support and advice of the property management in helping me navigate my stay. Exceptional support from them. I would book again if in area. The home was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Good stay for rafting

Stayed here with my husband and friends. The house is nice and conveniently located to our rafting meetup point and hikes in the area. Lots amenities provided such as a grill, hot tub, coffee maker, washer/dryer. Property was clean and communication was prompt with the host. Only things we didn’t enjoy were the beds. They weren’t super comfortable but we still managed to get a good nights’ sleep after a long day of activities. We also couldn’t use the top bunk because the metal frame makes loud squeaking noises whenever the person in the bottom bunk moves.
