Horrible Plumbing issues. No AC Vents in rooms.
Landlord tried to make it a good stay. However, property was NOT rent ready by any means.
There were leaks coming out of the ceiling into the bedroom below.
On the 5th day the sewer started coming up the shower and flooded the entire downstairs where all the rooms were.
We tried calling the landlord several times but they NEVER answered the phone. We had to call VRBO to get the landlord to come out.
We had to move out and get another place, landlord wants us to pay for her floor and plumbing issues. No refund on remaining days.
This house is unsanitary and we are considering sending the health department over there to shut it down.
We are calling AMEX and initiating a chargeback and will sue the landlord & VRBO if we are not refunded the remaining days.
