Great spot for a getaway in Fayetteville, AR. This home is in a safe, quiet and conveniently located neighborhood and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements. This midtown location makes exploring Fayetteville easy even on bike and on foot. The backyard chickens and playset provides plenty of entertainment for young ones. We're less than 2 miles from downtown entertainment and art district, and University of Arkansas. Reasonable commute to Bentonville, Rogers (~20-30 min) and Springdale (~10-15 min). The location was close to everything. The house was immaculate. They have chickens in the back and we’re kind enough to leave us some eggs. The house was welcoming and very clean. The owners were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house!!

Our stay

Grandkids enjoyed playing on playground equipment one afternoon. Our granddaughter had fun feeding leaves to the chickens. Good selection of kitchen supplies. I did not find a hand mixer except for the rotary one. That would not be adequate for some tasks.

Great place

Wonderful stay with easy access to everything! The house was incredibly well maintained and very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for the weekend and game day. Owners did a great job communicating. Would definitely stay there again!!

What an outstanding place

I was so pleased with this home. It's clean, quaint, convenient and everything you could possibly ask for. I was in town with my wife and two young children for a Razorback football game, and we were thoroughly impressed with the comfort of the home, the fantastic communication from the owner and the overall amazing experience. I couldn't possibly recommend this home more. It has everything.
