"We stayed 16 nights and found the staff to be super friendly and attentive. Room over all worked out well. Cleaning and towel refresh was spot on. Had a little issue with a musty smell that we found and reported. Staff paid immediate attention. Over all I would recommend this hotel as the staff keeps it tip top and clean. Pool was a nice bonus but could have used a gym. "

"We had a very disappointing experience with this stay. The biggest issue was a complete lack of transparency from the host. After we had already checked in, we were informed that the host was staying in a guest house next door. This was never disclosed beforehand and raised serious concerns about privacy.Cleanliness was also below expectations, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.Due to these issues, we made the decision to leave after our first day. During that process, the host stated—while on a call with a VRBO agent—that we would be receiving a refund. Despite that assurance, we have still not received our refund.Between the lack of communication, unexpected presence of the host, and unresolved refund, this experience was extremely frustrating. This host did not meet basic expectations for transparency or hospitality, and based on our experience, should not be allowed to continue listing without better accountability."

We loved our stay, conveniently located to our friends that we wanted to come see & visit (10 min).Everything was immaculately clean. The pool & spa are beautiful! Right on the canal, with all the boats passing with friendly passer bys. Fish jumping right out of the water asking to be catch. So relaxing. "We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The fenced in backyard worked out perfectly for our 2 dogs. It allowed us to grill and relax knowing they were safely enclosed. Excellent communication from the owner when needed."

"The check in process was very difficult and stressful. The codes to get in did not work. Melissa was very helpful when I called. Furniture in tv room was not comfortable. They did get us a second chair. Pool was nice and warm at first but was cold after the weather got cool. "
