"Run-down hotel. The pool needs to be looked after, the food was horrible, and the room had a kitchen but absolutely nothing in it - no utensils, pots and pots or plates. The breakfast and dinner is served in the hotel lobby. There are holes in the wall on the balcony, the trash was overflowing in the communal bins and the room was SO hot because the air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cold."

"This hotel was great value for what it is. The room and bathroom were big, there was a balcony and a sea view and we could see Castello Falconara from it. No complaints - it just feels a little tired, but I’d recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in the area and you don’t need luxury."

"Beautiful place to stay at in Gela the staff was amazing and the accommodations were beautiful."

"Great location close to the beach by car. Nice big room with the sea view."

"Beautiful grounds, onsite secure parking. "

"We loved our stay. The accommodation, the setting, the grounds were great. The location was close to discovering amazing small towns and the remarkable Villa Romana and the beautiful countryside around. Our only quibble would be with the main courses at dinner. "

"The hotel is beautifully restored. Too bad we only stayed 1 night , it would have been nice to stay another day and chill out in the pool. We enjoyed an aperitivo on the rooftop and the sunset was gorgeous. The staff we very nice and showed us the whole place . Conchita in the restaurant was very nice and Omma and the front desk Valerie and the rest of the staff were all nice."

"Perfect. Beautiful room. Lovely property. Gracious hosts especially when my Italian and my English were terrible from tiredness. Wonderful food."

"Le B&B est placé à 5 mn du centre ville et 10 mn de la plage. 👍 Par contre le quartier est plutôt inquiétant (appartement ressemblant à des squats). Points négatif : - le petit déjeuner se limite à un café et un croissant pris dans un bar. Si on veut plus, il faut payer 👎. Pour un B&B c’est décevant. - les blattes dans le hall d’entrée"

"Very comfortable and Lucia is a great host. Nice breakfasts. "

"Loved the room, beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was wonderful. Totally recommend this hotel. The property was well maintained. Quiet as well."

"Great helpful staff, lovely accommodation (& sunsets) and a nice pool. Breakfast was plentiful, though not much variety. The cottage was nice, clean and modern. With a couple of small touches, it would have been excellent. For example, it sleeps four, but there is only a two person table and chairs outside which was a struggle to eat from. The cleaning was great, but a dust pan and brush would have helped us keep it tidy during our stay in between cleans. Inclusion of basics, such as salt and...

"Excellent."

"The room was large, lovely, and very comfortable. The location was good. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and he makes a very good omelet! We would stay here again!"

"Very Historic, Quaint and unique."
