「The front desk manager on Friday, June 13 was exceptional. He helped us in many ways and he was quick and efficient. I can’t imagine a more polite and amiable person to greet to guests.」
「I stay at most Hilton properties when I travel or need lodging. This property was nice and friendly (especially, Alexis). However, I had no phone and no TV working, but the Staff accommodated me with 2 extra hours check out time at 1 PM (which was a thoughtful consideration and very much appreciated). Kudos to the Assistant House Manager, who extended my stay! I love my Hilton properties!」
"Terrible hotel and terrible service! I waited exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport shuttle to come and made 5 phone calls to repeat everything. Non smoking property they say, but my first room had a terrible smell.
Next morning I requested airport shuttle, but when I came down, there was a big black lady sitting and saying "sorry sir we don't have your name, I can't help you" and I took uber for 20$.
Hotel needs to update its services! Just don't go until then."
