「This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. The photos do not reflect the disrepair of the place. The photos of the room showed towels and when we arrived there were no towels. We were unable to take a shower before going out to our party. Very disappointing after a very warm day. When we got into bed one side of the bed was broken and I collapsed onto the floor. Do not book this place.」

「Boiler didn't work so no heating and nit hot water for showers. Rooms are damp and the kitchen is dirty. Keep your stuff in your room or lose it!」

「On going work in the property. There was no water in the property so use for anything. Staff were terrible, I have to call to get my access code and they end up giving wrong access codeI booked room 1 they put me in room 4. I called to find out why and they responded by text message and then closed work for the day.」

「I was the worst place I've been to. I could not get into the room. I took over an hour to before someone made contact but I still couldn't get into the room. The bathrooms were dirty and chairs were broken and the were empty bottles in the corridors. I would not recommend anyone stay here.」

「Absolutely unfit for rental. No bulbs in lamps. No towels. Only boiling water in the shower - unable to take a shower. We had to go to lesure centre to be able to shower. Never again.」

「The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else.」

Wandered around for ages trying to find the entrance, e entually found a fire es ape that was open and just walked in. The main door is actually numbered no 3.. thought this was a room.. no signs saying Brookval guest house.」

On top of that there were no towels provided even though they are in the pictures. It was a hot day and we couldn't take a shower before going out. Do not stay here.」
