「Do not book here. We booked same day and were traveling to Chicago from the east coast by car. I’m sure it’s normal to ask for a security deposit while booking but they sent us a message while we were on the road after our booking had already been confirmed. We were driving across the country and not checking our messages — they sent a message saying they would cancel our booking if we didn’t send the $300 deposit within an hour. I know check out was listed as 10 AM but I have never stayed anywhere that the cleaner showed up exactly on the dot, then proceeded to stand there until you left.
