「We stay here when travelling. It is clean, comes with breakfast and is convenient. We changed our dates almost last minute and it was fine」

「遅い時間のチェックインでしたが、対応してもらえました。ドライヤーが壊れていましたが、新しいものを届けてもらえました。翌朝のタクシー予約もスムーズでした。 ただ一点、ホテル名が他と混同しやすく、似たような名前のホテルが近辺にもあるようです。最初にホテル名を伝えたところ、近辺の別のホテルに案内されてしまいました。」

「Everything is old! The microwave has obviously not cleaned for a while with all the food stuff there. The towels were really dirty. No amenities just the soap bars. 」

When I asked to confirm if the room faced the golf course and had a patio, the front desk person did not seem to know and said if the picture on the web said it did then it did. We noticed a few glitches in the restaurant with people beside us informed there was some confusion with their order resulting in a long delay, and our wait staff saying she forgot to enter one of our orders. The resulting delay...

「新しいホテルでとてもきれいです。スタッフも感じが良くて気持ちよく過ごせました。予約していなかったので、レイクでボート・カヌーなどをすることがなく泊まるだけになったので何か予約をすすめます。夕食は近くの町へ行きましたが、ホテルでも出来そうです。チェックインは飛行機が遅れたので２２時近くになりましたが、問題なかったです。（一応事前に連絡はしましたが）」

「Jen helped me with my bags and took the time to talk. A lovely woman. She’s so welcoming. The room and bathroom were as spotless as always. The bed and pillows are always so comfortable and the location is right in town so you can walk everywhere. The lake is a short drive as well as hiking trails. I love the old hardwood floors , and comfy furnishings in the common areas. The kitchen is so spacious and has 2 stoves , big fridge and anything you need from Brita coffee makers to plates cups and...

「This is a lovely boutique hotel across the street from the ocean. Nespresso coffee maker, mini bar, and Molten bath products are a nice touch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is complimentary. Restaurant is very good.」
