"Everything about the Vermont River House was perfect! Eva was the perfect host and welcomed me with freshly baked granola, milk, yogurt, coffee, tea, and chocolate. Despite subzero temperatures, the tiny house was as cozy as could be, along with plush blankets to watch tv. Having the loft space provided a nice separation between the living and sleeping spaces. Finally, the location was perfect - so simple to walk to Winooski and also to walk, drive, or take the bus to downtown Burlington. Eva compiled a wonderful guidebook that explains the history of the property, along with the meaning of the artwork and photos inside the house. It is a must read for every guest! "

"Great except one toilet had water issues and one bedroom off the main drag has window shades that dont close all the way because of AC tubing out the window at the bottom. Was a bit noisy and light in that room. Awesome location and very nicely appointed and clean otherwise. "
