「Very clean, everything looks new and inviting」

「Chet the receptionist was extremely helpful we asked where to get hot water to make tea in our room and he gave us equipment to make tea in our room which was extremely helpful and thoughtful. We ere hoping to have a peaceful evening. Unfortunately there was a children's party that night and they used the swimming pool outside of our room and they were extremely noisy for hours and their parents were using their phones on loud speaker outside of our room. I think it would be kind if the guests...

「Nice and clean.」

「The staff and checkin area were very beautiful. But when you get to the hallway and the rooms. First room I got was full of dust like if some construction was going on. Second room smelled bad and the AC/Heat smelled bad and needed to be cleaned. The bathroom light was dim and looked creepy. The tub/shower had mildew and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Nothing like the picture on Expedia. And the smell of marijuana reap the hallways in the morning.」
