3 night stay for a wedding

The 3 bed lodge was perfect for us. Really close to the beach with a seaview. Good condition with all the amenities needed. Parking on site, outside seating. Really lovely

Lovely lodge in great location near beach and short walk into the town. Lodge was a little worn looking in places, more outside than inside. But lodge was well equipped and cosy

Simple efficient booking process good communications, easy trouble free check in - all in clean good order, fully equipped kitchen with detergent, cloths, etc. great TV sets with streaming channels available to sign into. Great balcony with uninterrupted sea view over entire bay (1st & 2nd floor). allocated large parking space easily fit big SUV in. Room well insulated from noise from other rooms. Clean bathrooms & good showers - soap in pump bottle supplied - but no shampoo or conditioner - only 2 towels per bed (1 bath & 1 hand) so at full occupancy you would need to wash & dry them during stay - no housekeeping provided - overall excellent & recommended

Pros: lovely location, close to the sea and harbour area. clean bedrooms and bedding, clean kitchen. Cons: sofas in lounge area were filthy. Broken TV cupboard. Cigarette ends in the garden area - lots of them. Broken outdoor furniture, unsafe to sit on. Minor irritations- broken bottle opener, no cafetiere to make coffee in.

Immaculately clean and tidy apartment with great view and very near to a lovely beach. Bed was comfy, towels were good quality and fluffy! Loads of room too. A couple of downsides but overall did not affect our stay. The hotel next door who give you the key are unfriendly and clearly have a bad relationship with the lodges owners. The patio over looks a car park (just be honest about this) and the furniture needs replacing. We were in a ground floor appartment but great sea view. Instructions in the apartment are non existent and the tv was hard to work out and we are techy people! I stress we would go here again because the positives far out weigh the few negatives.

A little gem

This is truly a lovely place to stay. It's still new for Falmouth Hotel Ownership but we were very warmly welcomed and the apartment had everything we needed. So much so that we made a roast chicken on the first night rather than go out. The views would have been brilliant but the weather was not. We had a two bed apartment and in the end, it was just us two but we were very comfortable there. Well done Falmouth Hotel.

Lost opportunity

Prime location but disappointing apartment. Shabby furniture in lounge, chipped and splinters. Only seating for four, dining chairs (5) were so low, needed a cushion to reach the table. No chairs in bedrooms which were large enough. No welcome pack, just a few teabags and milk sachets, which seemed mean. Not even salt or pepper for cooking.

Second visit in 3 months

We stayed in one of the lodges. We’ve got a 6 year old son so having two bedrooms works very well. The pool and changing area in the hotel is a bit tired but that’s my only complaint. Great location.
