"Property is very clean and well presented. Near to the harbour and the high street. It is called harbour steps and there are steps but my husband and I both in our seventies managed them several times a day. Also great to have a garage for the car. (Not that we used it much!) Fal.outh is lovely!"

"Very comfortable, high quality accommodation with everything you could need. Friendly and informative host who gave us great tips for places to visit. Falmouth was a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars but also as a base to travel to see other parts of Cornwall."

"Lets start with the basics: the.room was clean, warm, and spacious, in a nice quiet area. We could tell that a real effort had been made to make the room look welcoming. The entry arrangements were coear and very simple. We didnt use the cooking facilities but the kitchen looked well equipped and clean. Thank you. We will come again when next in the area."
