"Overpriced, dirty, and rude staff avoid Paid a premium for three nights and got a run-down room with a side of contempt. We arrived during the French Quarter Festival a major annual event the hotel knew was happening to find every street to the property closed. Spent over an hour driving in circles until a police officer helped us through. No heads-up from the hotel, no guidance for guests using valet. Front desk shrugged and offered two drink vouchers. The room was worse: peeling wallpaper in multiple spots, long hairs in the bathroom, and dried snot on the shower curtain. I called to report it and was told they'd "already given me drink vouchers" and I "should be happy with what I got." I never cared about the drinks I wanted a clean room. When I asked to speak to a manager, the front desk blocked the escalation. Overcharged, wrong room, filthy bathroom, rude staff. There are far better places in the Quarter for the money. Stay anywhere else."

"Perfectly fine, but not top tier. Seemd to be a bit of a skeleton staff, but they were very friendly and helpful. No restaurant and the coffee shop was closed a couple times it wasn't supposed to be.... Apparently someone was sick and had no backup. Room was fine, but a little noisy. Not a bad place, certainly, but not my favorite."
