「This house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space and we specifically enjoyed the nice big table where we were all able to sit and have dinner together! Highly recommend this listing.」

「Although we were only there for a brief amount of time, the place was very welcoming, clean and cozy. Check-in was easy and Tina gave us all the info we needed. The farm was great and such a large space, our dogs loved spending some time in the snow. We would definitely stay again if we were to be in the area! 」

「The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations.」

「Everything was clean no issues there. Driveway was unacceptable, bottomed out my car when I drove up it, no parking on street there was no room. Driveway needs redone immediately.」

「Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! 」

「This place was very nice. It's close enough to quickly drive to downtown Cincinnati and many of the places we wanted to see. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.The house itself was lovely. The view from the balcony and the living area were amazing. They had extra blankets and space heaters tucked in many places to accommodate different temperatures. It had a modern feel in an older home. All the beds were very thick memory foam.A couple of cautions. This house has a lot of stairs that are...

「Very clean, lots of excellent amenities, we were very happy; only thing we would change is we would have preferred cable over Roku as there was a snow storm while we were in town and it was hard to get local weather & news. However, we plan reserving here again!」
