Clean and well appointed room with a great view of Coit Tower. The adjoining city park has homeless people and smells of urine. Everything else nearby was pretty clean. "

"The shower head pipe was coming out of the wall and looked like a run down flea bag cheap motel. Embarrased. Hilton can do better. Charging $45 to park car was ridiculous as was providing coffee and then expecting me to pay for the water. Have stayed all over the world and always receive complimentary water for coffee."

"The location is close to alot of things. The staff were friendly enough. The breakfast was pretty good. The parking is hands down the worst part by far. You have to pay for parking each night and the parking area is the worst I've ever dealt with. Horrible!!!!!"
