"We have stayed at this property 3 times now, once in the Hi House and twice at Helen’s House and have had great experiences each time. The property is beautifully tended to, the views unparalleled and the house perfect for a weekend for a family of 4 adults. "I stayed here for a week to visit my brother. It was perfect walking distance and i did a lot more walking in San Francisco than i do at home! I wasn't at the hotel much during the day but it was quiet at night and i slept good! I had a small fan because I'm hot natured and that helped. The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you!"

"We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee."

"Nice and close to Fisherman's wharf. We arrived early, could not check in until 3:00 but they were able to hold our luggage. We parked right next door in an underground lot and it was $15 per day. Didn't make sense to pay $75 for the valet parking. There was only 1 valet and he was busy so It would have taken a while for him to get our car. However the wharf is only a couple blocks away so super convenient. "
