It was a great location,, efficient transportation within walking distance, very clean, had fun areas for kids and adults. The staff was helpful and friendly. No breakfast, but close to many restaurants. Overall it was a great stay, we would live to visit again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel itself has a great vibe and beautiful design. One thing that would have really elevated the experience would be having the terrace open throughout the day so guests could fully enjoy the property. It would have been such a nice place to relax, read a book, or enjoy coffee. The terrace was typically only open after 5 PM. The first night we were there it was closed for a private party, and another evening it did not open until 7 PM, which felt a little limiting for guests wanting to use the space during the day. The surrounding neighborhood is definitely a bit gritty. While I personally felt safe, there was a noticeable amount of drug activity and homelessness nearby.
