「Overall, we would probably stay here again because my son goes to the university there and the location is great. There were a lot of spiders so we had to go around with a broom and get rid of a lot of of them. There is also a very musty smell, which would’ve been fixed had they had some kind of plug-in air freshener. The bed is very squeaky every time you move. It makes a lot of noise. 「Value for the money. 」

「The room was clean and comfortable, just as described. Thank you for the stay!」

The air conditioner is literally 2 feet from the bed and is VERY loud. So you have to turn it off to watch tv, but it is to hot in the room not to have it on. Windows are all painted shut and have no screens, so you are stuck with loud air con. After 3 days we...

「Property was perfect for a quick weekend to visit our daughter at UD.Everything needed was there and clean. It’s a quick Uber ride to campus which was great for long days and nights out. We will stay here again next time we visit.」
