"Had a great stay. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Only slight criticism is the pillows were too soft and could do with being firmer, and couldn’t work out the aircon in the room. Didn’t matter which way we turned the dial it didn’t seem to cool the room, but still a great stay and will return. "

"Staff very friendly. Extra special was we were allowed early check-in after disembarking cruise boat. Loved the spacious room and bath and great breakfast buffet. Dinner choices are rather limited. It’s a great location, short walk to central train station and Dam Square. Only criticism is that lighting in the room is very poor. "

"Great a friendly staff, breakfast was amazing made it order eggs/omelettes. They kept our luggage and leftover food we wanted to keep after we checked out and finishing our day in Amsterdam before leaving late at night. Great and perfect location close by. "
