"When arrived I stood in the empty lobby for 3-5 min before being helped at 4 pm. Called the front desk multiple times during my stay and never answered. Went down and heard the receptionist laughing behind a closed door for a while before i had to make some sounds so he knew i was out there, there was no bell.Other than that it was an okay stay. Building smelt good, and seemed clean, extremely thin walls more than usual at hotels but seemed like a safe enough and clean enough location if you just need somewhere to stay. Breakfast was instant oatmeal, toast, cereal, yogurt."

"Great, quiet downtown Davis location. Highly walkable. Adequate spaces in parking lot. Courteous staff. Immaculately clean room. Somewhat minimal complimentary breakfast. Keurig in room wouldn't turn on. Basic cable TV"

"My room wasn’t clean as it supposed to be. It was smelly because they’re pet friendly, maybe? Shouldn’t have to because they clean and change everything after each costumer. They housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful but you couldn’t find any other staff members to help you with any other things like fruit or other simple items at the breakfast area if that makes breakfast for you, it had just beagles, simple waffles, beacon and sausages, not eggs or anything else. You get what you pay for?? I guess. I did read many bad reviews about this hotel and believe me it’s much worse than what they described. Anyways, it wasn’t cheap after all, you paid for breakfast somewhere else and needed to take extra sleeping pills to get through the night because it gets loud not matter where people are it’s like they’re in the same room as you! You could hear the person next door snoring!! Parking illumination was all over the lot, it really made it feel safe. One good point for them. Only one. "

"This is our second time staying at this property. We love it because it's quiet, clean, well stocked and a great location when we're in town visiting our son at UCD. A small recommendation would be black out curtains in the front bedrooms. We'll definitely stay again. Thank you!"
