「It was an easy process for getting in. The kitchen facility was perfect for our use. We watched the sunrise and full moon rise from the picture window, it was amazing. The owner is very responsive about any questions. Do note it is a bottom floor condo with people above. It is very comfortable and great location to go to Maine, Portsmouth, or just the beach down the street. 」

「I traveled to Portsmouth with my adult daughter for some much needed girl time. This property was in the perfect location in beautiful Portsmouth. The apartment is lovely and the beds very comfortable. The host was amazing and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here during my next visit to Portsmouth. 」

「This beach studio is unlike the beach cabins I have stayed in before. It is a beautifully designed, modern, comfortable bed; the bathroom is perfect. The location was excellent. Quick walk to the beach, stunning sunsets, close-by restaurants, and ice cream. I loved having access to the beach equipment. The only negative was a dirty coffee cup in the cabinet. Hardly a reason not to give it 5 stars and plan for a return visit.」

「Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. 」
