「This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic.
The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck.

「The Rye Motor Inn completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, cozy, and designed with the kind of taste that makes you wonder why every hotel isn’t doing it like this. 「This modern and fun space sits within the town of Newburyport itself. Everything is within a very short walking distance. The unit we rented was exactly as described and super clean too. We were able to get fresh towels etc by communicating thru text. This will be our rebook go to when traveling to the area.Just book this place already 」

「The view from the room and deck were incredible and as described. The bed and pillows were very comfortable enabling a great night's sleep. The condo was clean and the neighborhood is very safe. There is a lovely beach within walking distance or a 3 min drive (see pic) and we loved walking the shoreline and taking in the view.
