"We booked this house for three days to attend a wedding in McKinney, Texas. The house is huge and easily accommodated five couples, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, making meal preparation a breeze. The living room, sitting area, and loft all feature comfortable recliners—perfect for relaxing after a long day.The master bedroom was especially impressive, with a very comfortable bed, quality linens and pillows, and a large bathroom with both a shower and a spacious tub. We had plenty of towels and toiletries throughout our stay. The other couples also enjoyed their bedrooms and found the linens comfortable.I would 100% recommend this house for your group of friends or family. If you stay here, I also suggest bringing your Texas fishing license and some light tackle—the community pond is within walking distance and great for fishing. The pond is also home to a variety of beautiful ducks that will eat right from your hand.Lastly, Charles was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out via VRBO chat. Highly recommended!"

"We enjoyed the property overall, especially the pool table and media room. Great back yard as well.The listing mentioned a hot tub was available as an amenity, but the water was cold. When I contacted the property manager, they said the hot tub was not an amenity offered at that location. Having a hot tub was part of why we booked the house since it was on the listing. Not a huge deal, but don't list it as an amenity if it isn't available to the guests.FYI - in the media room, the projector worked, but the sound system did not, so we watched a movie using the small speaker on the projector and subtitles turned on. "
