Courtney C., at the reception, went above and beyond, speaking to her manager, and then reaching out to Hotels.com to get a refund for me because I had to check out one day early. The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa on Lake Washington
Beautiful tranquil hotel on Lake Washington. This was our second stay and we loved everything about it. Wish we could have stayed longer! The welcome champagne was fantastic, as was the late night snack bar!

Best Motel
Clean but small room. No chairs or table in room, Just a king size bed and bathroom. Nice spacious bathroom but otherwise not much room. Room was very clean.
