This is a private suite with a kitchenette and balcony that overlooks Main Street in downtown Eureka Springs. This suite is located upstairs.

Enjoy a private balcony and free off-street parking. Located on Main Street across from Red’s Pizza and the trolly stop.

The trolly stop is across the street. There are also local taxis and Uber available. Downtown is within walking distance.

Great little spot

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Found the bed to be very comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk into town and had good parking. Would highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed our stay on Main Street in Eureka Springs. Really great location in town as you go up the hill. Nice bed n bath, porch, and amenities. Really nice at great price.

Nice & Convenient

We enjoyed our two nights at your little get away place in Eureka Springs. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that it was close enough to walk downtown.

Room was very clean and roomy. We had 2 dog crates and there was plenty of room for them. The second level was not the best for walking the dogs. There was not much space tp wlak the dogs. The bed was excellent. It was a good walk to town. Good parking.

Roomy place close to town

The room was bigger than I thought it would be with plenty of places to sit and relax. Since it rained the whole time we were there we needed a comfortable place to chill. We walked downtown several times in our raincoats.

For the price, it was everything we expected

It was affordable, the bed was comfy, the linens were nice, the TV worked, there were plenty of plug ins. The water pressure isn't amazing but it was hot. There may be nicer properties in the area, but not at this price point, and not ones that permit dog friends. This property is very much worth what you pay for it.

We picked a bad weekend as it was cold with snow everywhere, most the shops were closed because of the weather. But the location was perfect. The only issues we had was figuring out how to work the ac/heat, it’s a split unit and had to google how to use it. The room otherwise was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Stay!

This was an amazing getaway! Room was very clean and comfortable with great A/C and Aspen was great and quick to respond. Loved the private balcony to drink coffee and start the day.

This place was awesome. Very clean, and omg the bed and pillows!! My daughter and I are ready to go back! My husband and I are looking at going next month. The place is exactly as it shows. If any at all the only complaint would be no plug near the bedside table but we made it work!! Host was very quick to respond and help with anything we needed.

Was great! Easy walk into town so no messing with parking. Had a small issue with coffee maker, however after a quick response from Aspen within an hour she had a new one delivered! Wonderful! Would stay again!

Great experience!

We stayed here one night with our little dog and very much enjoyed it. The place was super clean, modern, and comfy, and also conveniently located. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening! My only teeny-tiny criticism is that there was no sugar/creamer provided with the coffee pods. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved this property, we were in town to photograph a wedding and ended up extending our stay one extra day since the wedding ran late. Our host was very responsive even later into the evening. The room was clean, ac worked well, bed was so comfortable, and the hot water works great and lasts! (I always take long showers and it seems to be an issue sometimes) if we are ever back in the area I will be booking here again. Thanks so much Aspen!
