「Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed.
The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. It was well after reception closed when we realised so we had no choice but to deal with it.

"I arrived at the hotel around 23 o'clock last night. No one was already at the front desk, so I couldn't check in easily. With the help of a man staying at the hotel, I had a person on night duty connect the phone. It took 60 minutes to check in. Was there no other way but to call at that time? I couldn't get a call, though. It would have been difficult if the man of the guest hadn't called me many times."
