GreenTree Hotel Phoenix West
Included breakfast: bread and toaster. No condiments and nothing else except coffee. Nothing more. Bathroom tub and shower had big-time mold at every joint. In room air conditioner controls inoperative and produced noise just this side of the business end of a 737 engine of takeoff.

Just opened 1 month ago but still in need of conditioner and lotion, would have liked a coffee maker in the room, luggage rack. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses however no silverware. Would have preferred dish soap to wash dishes in stead of running the dishwasher. And the room had 2 Queens ...
