Welcome to Solitude Cabins and Beaver 3, a serene vacation rental nestled in the heart of Colorado's Rocky Mountains in Estes Park. Spread across nine picturesque acres adorned with majestic trees, this Cabin offers a tranquil and private retreat for nature enthusiasts and relaxation seekers. Guests can explore the natural beauty of the area, indulge in various outdoor activities, or simply enjoy the peaceful ambiance.

Inside the cabin on the main floor, you'll find a cozy, open concept living, dining, kitchen area. The living area is cozy with a gas fireplace, perfect for snuggling up with a book or spending quality time with loved ones. There is a murphy bed for extra sleep space. The kitchen is ready for meal prep. Just add the groceries! Step outside onto the deck and enjoy a charming outdoor space to savor your morning coffee while soaking in breathtaking mountain views.

The condo offers two bedrooms, one on the main floor, and one upstairs, each with a king-size bed. The main floor bathroom has a shower (no tub) and can be accessed from the bedroom or hallway. The upstairs bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower (no tub). You will enjoy access to the private washer and dryer on the main floor for your laundry needs.

For those seeking relaxation, a shared hot tub is available on the property, offering a soothing soak amidst the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains.

Solitude Cabins also features a gathering place that can accommodate up to 40 people, making it ideal for special events, family reunions, or corporate retreats. Be sure to check for availability and make the necessary arrangements to rent this space in advance to ensure a memorable experience.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack or 4 K-cups depending on the property. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

What to be aware of:

No A/C. Fans are provided.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Shared Hot Tub-children under 12 are not allowed to use the hot tub, ages 12-18 must be with an adult.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleans include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
