"BEWARE BED BUGS!!!! My family and I had bites all over our body. Upon returning home throw away a lot clothing fear of bringing them into our home. The restaurant onsite the staff were RUDE. I spent over $100.00 for breakfast to go since the girl stop us and told us they weren’t taking anymore ppl to sit inside the restaurant. She then proceed to tell us we couldn’t eat our to go breakfast outside the restaurant. What??!! The cab services pick and choose their prices it’s something different each ride. I will not be staying here again! "

"Resort was poorly staffed for the restraunts and bar. Beach Bar closing at 9pm seems to leave lots of possible revenue for the resort"

"Everything is at the sister hotel 15 min walk. 1 min max of hot water in shower and our room did not get cleaned once in a 5 night stay, no new towels or more toliet paper. Room does have a/c though. "

"The rooms are very old and dingy. The shower was sort of gross and floor was peeling. The AC worked good and the bed was comfortable so those two things met our needs but this is not a hotel I will ever come back to. Location was a plus but just be prepared this hotel needs work done on its rooms. "
