「Property needs cleanings, staff did not care, restaurant close very early and property need attention」

Everyone there and in St. Croix in general were the kindest, happiest people we have come across. They went above and beyond to make sure you had anything you needed. 「I was originally in a room 3rd floor One of the ladies came and told me they were upgrading my room. They moved me to the 2nd floor with oceanfront view. However the ice machine was right outside my door and very noisy. When they upgrade when not ask the guest should not be put next to the ice machine.」
