「I had a great stay at Dawn’s— wry clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Overall great experience. The until is smaller than expected and the two chairs meant for the desk were a bit wobbly and unsteady. Really wonderful backyard with views of the river and very welcoming for my dog-thoughtful treats left as well as convenient dog bowls. The location was incredible-beautiful path through the woods, and convenient to grocery store, pet store, and other services. Host was accessible and responsive.」

「We stayed here two nights as part of an anniversary trip. The decor is really well done, you have your own little front yard space with chairs to enjoy the nice weather ( we were visiting from Vegas so enjoyed being out of the heat). It’s a quick easy walk to Mississippi Ave where there are lots of restaurants and bars- and Kates ice cream all gluten free and delicious. The hosts were responsive to messages. I’d highly recommend this place to a couple visiting the area!」

「This is a very well thought out and managed property. It has room for 6-8 people, including the additional bedroom in the smaller building. Everything was convenient at the property and along rt. 26. And, individual room and pellet stove heating were excellent. The only drawbacks were one bathroom and the closeness to rt. 26. For my stay, though, neither was a problem. I would recommend this property highly,」

「We arrived for our stay early evening and could not get in the gate so I activated my phone and called Tom who then let us in the gate where we proceeded to go to our accommodation and couldn’t get in the door. Tom had forgotten to code the door. After settling in we attempted to join internet and couldn’t so we called Tom again and he tried to find out why and discovered someone previously had taken his booster box. So for the 3 days we stayed there we had no Wifi and no communication from Tom...
