"We have just returned from a weeks stay at Foz Fancy Fun. The villa is stunning - even better than the photos! We spent a lot of our time in the garden and pool. The upstairs bbq area was also a big hit! Rooms are tastefully decorated and have the most comfortable beds. Plentyof blankets and towels provided. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The host was easy to contact, shared recommendations and accommodated an early check in and check out. We travelled with a baby and Linda provided a travel cot, extra baby blankets and a high chair.The villa is situated near a village and the lagoon/beach. Lots of lovely restaurants on and around the lagoon and beach- highly recommend Cais da Praia for food and cocktails. We also found a wonderful tapas bar/restaurant in the village too- only a ten minute walk from the villa: Tibino Casa de Petiscos. Both are well worth a visit! We hired cars and spent the day in Sintra, about an hours drive- absolutely breathtaking. Caldas da Rainha is a ten minute drive (with plenty of free parking). You can easily spend a day here; lots of places to eat and a huge park with great scenic spots for those holidays snaps! Lots of supermarkets here too. Overall, a fantastic holiday! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Portugal. A huge thank you to Linda. An exceptional host. "
