Lovely hotel but we arrived during the power outage that hit all of Portugal. We had no internet nor a warm meal….but staff were extremely helpful. Somehow they managed a lovely salad and drinks. Parking was difficult.

Situated in the centre of Caldas

It is a nice hotel situated in the centre of Caldas next to a shopping centre. The rooms are of good size, clean, comfortable, functional but not that modern in style. The breakfast was decent. The restaurant is rather pricy. We found an excellent fish restaurant on the backside of the hotel, below the shopping mall. Free parking was offered in the garage of the shopping centre. Internet is reliable.

The staff at check-in were so helpful. Found we had left our passports in safe at last hotel. The called the last hotel and gave us assurance that our passports would be safe until our return. I also got a reassuring pat on the back from Lidia, the trainee!😘
