"Room was clean and hotel was nice. We had a room with a fireplace and jacuzzi but had no instructions on how to turn on the fireplace or could not figure ot out. It was chilly that weekend and it would have been nice to use it."

"We were greeted immediately by friendly staff. The room was clean but could use a bit of refreshing. My only suggestion is to take toiletries off the list of amenities. They list both toiletries and more specifically, shampoo. There was neither in the room, and they don’t provide it. Overall, a positive experience."

"This house was above and beyond what we had expected. So clean, so well-organized, so nicely decorated (except for the mannequin - not a fan) and SO WELL STOCKED! Ohmygoodness! There was nothing a traveler might need that was not provided. And the breakfast options were plentiful - fresh eggs, fresh fruit, juice, cereals - it is self-serve, but all the kitchenware is also provided. I highly recommend Tony's High Banks! He lives upstairs, he was available if needed, but didn't barge in. It was a perfect stay! "
