「Love the place and staff are friendly」

「I had a lovely stay at Jade Moon in Dali. The view right outside the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, making the whole stay very relaxing. Highly recommended.」

「The wash machine and dryer is very convenient, close to the lake, good place to watch sunrise.」

「酒店服务非常棒，还有专属管家。我们的管家王姐服务实在是太周到了！早餐也很好吃。」

「The door to my room was left open before I arrived so the room had several insects inside. The staff also didn't seem prepared for international guests. The view from the facility is very nice, but overall the hotel looks a bit poorly maintained compared to the pictures.」

「The staff here are super helpful and friendly. All of my additional requests were well taken care of. Breakfast offered here was quite delicious as well. The resort itself has very quiet and convenient location. 」
