"Everything was 5-star, including the staff and their excellent service. The only downside was the car park charge, which I found quite expensive at 20 CHF per night. Apart from that, everything was outstanding and truly deserving of a 5-star rating. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the breakfast buffet by offering a wider variety of options. Other than that, I had a great experience and would happily recommend this place."

"The rooms were clean and spacious. There was construction outside the window and the street is pretty busy. It was a bit loud as I had to keep the window open during the night to keep cool. The breakfast buffet did cost extra but had a little bit of everything which was great. The hotel offered parking, free sparking and still water, as well as snacks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here"

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly. Only thing that I was disappointed was there is no refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. They provide hot water in the lobby. Free parking spots are available but limited."

"A unique setting in a beautiful area. The hotel is located right next to the Rhine River in a scenic location where the river moves rapidly with a soothing sound. The view also includes a small island that is a pedestrian park. The surrounding historic center city is well preserved and gives you a real feeling for what the area looked like in the Middles Ages. Furnishings are dimple but comfortable. The hotel restaurant is good, but expensive, and there are many other dining choices nearby. The local thermal springs spa at Sole Uno is one of the best in Europe."

"2 tram rides from Zurich centre about 40 mins, trams every 15 mins and stop just outside hotel. Staff very helpful when I asked for a travel plug (different to the round 2 pin) to charge my phone (usb outlet in room no usbc). Room was clean, window had nice electrical shutters outside, breakfast was good."

"We had the penthouse with near 300 degrees of views over the town and mountains. Room is amazing and very big, bathroom is opulent with high end sanitary equipment, rain shower was excellent."

"A very nice property. The tram to Old City, railroad station, etc is just outside the door. And the hotel provides a pass to ride it for your entire stay. The front desk was extremely helpful. The breakfast was worth the cost. It included fresh to order eggs and such. As well as help yourself foods. Note that the hotel is owned by a foundation that provides supervised occupational training to slightly mentally challenged youth. We found that an unexpected plus."
