I like the vicinity to train station and Altstadt shopping and restaurants. The hotel lacks a few safety features in the Bathroom area like unsave bathtub ie could use rubber mats or hand rails. The Bar/Restaurant on street level is excessively noisy (music - low level base) at weekends Friday/Saturday up to 4AM.

Functional hotel next to train station with no reception or concierge. Self check in and check out facilities work fine, but the key card did not open the front door, hence I had to call the push button operator to open the door. Breakfast is nice, but continental with no frills.

Not recommend for summer

Very convient location. Not recommande to stay there in summer time. Very hot room with no ac No choice but to open the window but you will hear the train pass by all night.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Although the check in was easy we didn’t enjoy our stay as the hotel and surrounding area had bars and a disco in the hotel. People shouting at 2 in the morning in and outside the hotel. There is a grout of people that hand out around the hotel area that looked very unsafe( even the police were called) Switzerland is not what it used to be ☹️ The safe didn’t work, there was NO free parking as stated when I booked. We won’t be staying here again!

I stayed at your hotel last night, under a booking for 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 adults and 1 child. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared at all and even worse, there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows provided. Additionally, the toilet in our room was broken , we could not flash, and in an unacceptable condition—dirty. We paid 157 CHF for a room that had no usable toilet and only two sleeping spaces for three people. This is far below the standard expected from a hotel and completely unacceptable.

Gut genug wenn es Günstig sein soll oder eine Geschäftsreise ist. Das Zimmer ist sauber aber es könnte mal etwas investiert werden. z.B. blättert Farbe in der Dusche ab. Alles in Allem okay, aber ein Frühstück wäre schon sehr viel wert.

Anwesendes Personal! Maschine für Self-check-in funktionierte nicht für Zimmmerschlüssel-Prägung, wir mussten alles nochmal von vorne auf der anderen Maschine machen. Sauberkeit gut.
