"I wish I could give higher stars. The front desk, breakfast staff, cleaning staff and evening bar staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. Everyone that works there went up and beyond to help. Our car broke down and we stayed one more evening and it was a blessing . This place is worth staying and the hospitality is beyond what ever you would expect. "

"The room was a bit warm but it was clean and well maintained. The reception staff was excellent and breakfast selection was adequate. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was only a few minutes from the tram terminus."

"What a lovely hotel this is! Our guest room was a very nice size, clean and comfortable. I loved the shower, and the extra soft, plush bathrobes. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop patio after a day of sightseeing. There is also an intimate bar in the basement. I cannot emphasize how kind, helpful and very hardworking the entire staff was. We found it hard to leave this hotel. Absolutely loved it. One thing I will mention, not all guest rooms are accessible by elevator. If you are unable to manage stairs, you may want to specifically request that."
