"Rooms are too small and you have to request for any type of service ( room service, fresh towel, etc). Only some of the workers were friendly and helpful. Others had rude attitudes, if you asked a simple question. The food was good and the views were beautiful."

Pineapple is one of our most favorite properties for many reasons including the wonderful staff and friendly service, the food is always fresh and delicious with several restaurants to choose from and theme dinner which boasts delicious local meats fishes and dishes. Shout out to all of the wonderful coffee shop staff and a specific shout out to Renee 💕 a long time staff member who always has a smile. And JoAnn who greets you with a big friendly smile and a delicious eggs any way you choose , thanks to all!"

"I took my to mom to Antigua for a mothers’s day trip and we stayed at this resort. It is a beautiful property; the landscape is well maintained. There is a lot of steps to get around the property; for example, to get to the main buffet, PD’s grill and the other restaurants. The food selection was very lacking for us. It was not a spread of various selections as we would expect from an all inclusive resort. In terms of flavoring of the food I would give it between 3-4 of of 5. Although it was tasty, it was just ok; nothing to blow your pallets away. The drinks were very good; shout out to the bartender at seagrapes; he made my mom and I some of the best nonalcoholic piña coladas and some other mocktails. We did dine at one of the restaurants 1 night; 70% of the items on the menu you had to pay for. Which is ridiculous because it is an all inclusive resort. It is 4 beaches and an infinity pool on the property. We stayed in the room where the beach is literally steps away; gorgeous beach!!! We were lounged at the beach everyday for our 5 day stay. The staff is pretty friendly; just say hello. Also, the property is on the older side; not a modern resort at all but just stay in the ocean view rooms and not the standard bungalows and you won’t be disappointed. Overall, it was a good stay. I’d return again."

"It took a while to decide on where to stay on my first visit to Antigua, but I am so glad my search landed me at Copper & Lumber. The hotel is truly one of the most unique stays I’ve had. The grounds are beautiful, the room (studio) was super spacious, and had everything we needed. The AC worked, though it didn’t extend into the bathroom, which admittedly is small and not for anyone claustrophobic. Otherwise, I felt like I was in a movie staying there, such nice details and everything is picture-worthy. The staff were amazing! They gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit and eat at. Within an hour of arrival, I had mangoes delivered to the room, followed by a whole bag the next morning. That was the best! They were always up for conversation, which I appreciated. The location of the hotel is ideal also, there are lots of restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Shirley’s heights is about a 15-min taxi ride away and is a must-do experience for the weekly parties/bbq. Pigeon’s beach is about a 20-minute walk away. The minibus also runs on the Main Street to take you into St. John’s. Would definitely stay at this hotel again! Still daydreaming about it…."
